Campbell police are looking for an older man with long gray hair and a beard who exposed himself to a woman in a Safeway supermarket last month.
Capt. Gary Berg said the man began touching himself and showing his private parts to the woman as she entered the Hamilton Avenue grocery store on Sept. 24 about 10 a.m. He then fled.
Police took until Monday to release the photo because they were working on a sketch, Berg said.
The woman described the man as possibly homeless with long gray hair and a long beard. He wore a green Army jacket and dark pants, and stood about 5 feet 9 inches tall.
The man walked away on foot as the women began to enter the store, Berg said.
Based on the description, Berg does not think that this suspect is related to a flasher or flashers, who have exposed themselves to two young girls in Palo Alto recently.
