A man was discovered dead in his home near Morgan Hill Sunday morning in a death the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office is calling "suspicious."
Just after 3 a.m., deputies responded to reports of gunshotsnear Oak Valley Road and Sheila Avenue.
When deputies arrived, a neighbor told them that a man might be dead in his home.
Despite their efforts, deputies' efforts to resuscitate the man, who was about 30-years-old, were unsuccessful. He died at the scene.
