A female De Anza College student in Cupertino told police a man with bushy eyebrows and body odor grabbed her arm, pushed her against a wall and tried to kiss her Wednesday evening, according to text alerts sent to students.
He tried to to kiss her and touch her, the text read. She was able to punch him, and he took off. He was last seen heading north. She was not injured.
He was described as about 5 feet, 5 inches tall, with short brown hair and bushy eyebrows, and he was last seen wearing a black fleece zip-up hoodie and blue jeans. He also had a strong body odor, according to the school. He told the woman his name was Alexander.
Aside from this incident, the only act of forcible sexual offense reported on or off campus was once in 2013.
