Milk Thief Arrested in San Francisco's Bayview District

A forbidden sip of someone else's milk earned a 38-year old man a ride in a police car.

San Francisco police arrested Guerrero Anderson, who has no fixed address, for taking and drinking a bit of milk at a Bayview restaurant, the San Francisco Examiner reported.

The man walked into a Third Street restaurant on Wednesday at around 1 p.m. and grabbed the milk, the newspaper reported. He took a sip and offered to put it back, but a restaurant employee asked he pay for it.

The suspect refused and tried to throw a pot of hot coffee at the employee, the newspaper reported. He was arrested a short time later on a robbery charge. He also had a warrant out for his arrest for grand theft, the newspaper reported.
