The San Jose Mercury-News, via AP, reports that James Sanabria will appear at the San Mateo County LIcense Board on Monday. He wants to run a business called MedWeedZoom, as part of a collective.
The sherrif's office has suggested the license be denied. They site prior arrests for the recommendation. Not the fact that he'd be hauling weed around San Mateo County.
