Administrators at Morgan Hill's Paradise Valley Elementary School said teenagers are to blame for racist words and images.
The offensive words and images were covered up before students arrived Friday morning. But not before police documented the swastikas, obscenities, and the letters "KKK."
Investigators are looking at surveillance video in hopes of finding the vandals, who hit nearby houses and cars as well.
