With the fire on Mount Diablo fully contained, Mount Diablo State Park is set to re-open Monday.
Firefighters reached 100 percent containment around 5:30 p.m. Saturday night, six days after flames first broke out.
Park workers said they plan to spend the coming weeks repairing restrooms, trails, picnic areas and campgrounds damaged by the fire
Investigators said target shooting was the cause of the fire.
