A vague letter from the city of Mountain View is raising some questions.
The city manager sent a letter to residents Tuesday, informing them about some kind of inappropriate behavior in the past by some police department employees.
Dan Rich would not go into specifics because of a lawsuit that was filed by one of the workers.
But he says in the letter that the accusations are not true, and that the department is in the process of implementing additional training for all police staff.
Rich said he cannot say any more due to privacy laws.
