Octopus nachos and cheesesteak nachos are on the menu for the first Nacho Typical Festival in San Francisco on Saturday.
Held at the mobile food court SoMa StrEat Food Park, the event will showcase an international slate of food trucks offering international takes on nachos, including a Korean version with bulgogi beef and kimchi from Bob Cha and a porcine version from Bacon Bacon.
Admission is $5; there's also a $30 ticket that will allow patrons to drink all the beer they can for five of the festival's seven hours.
The event is a collaboration between SoMa StrEat Food Park and Broke-Ass Stuart, a former mayoral hopeful.
