The show, stars Steve Van Zandt (who seems to not be quite ready to give up his Sil character) and takes place in Norway.

According to VentureBeat, the show will be eight episodes, and follow the life of Frank Tagliano (Van Zandt) a NY city mobster who gets shipped off to Norway when he enters the witness protection program.
