    Marissa Mayer is now one of the 3 percent of CEOs in Silicon Valley who are women.

    Marissa Mayer, named the new CEO of Yahoo! this week, will receive an annual salary of $1million, according to an SEC filing on Thursday.

    CNBC also reported that the 37-year-old Mayer will also be eligible for an annual bonus with a target amount of 200 percent of base salary. She also will be granted a one-time retention award that will vest over five years. The Sunnyvale-based Internet company will grant her $15 million in restricted equity units and $15 million in the form of performance-based stock option.

    Not bad for the former Googler, who also announced big news this week: That she was pregnant, due to have her first child this fall.
