Prom season is just around the corner, but it’s not always easy to find the perfect dress and one that doesn’t break the bank.
That’s where The Princess Project comes in.
On Saturday, the non-profit organization held its 10th Annual Prom Dress Giveaway in San Francisco. High school girls from across the Bay Area were invited to search the racks.
There were more than 3,000 dresses to choose from and all of them were free because they were donated by community members.
The only catch is customers must have a valid high school ID to take a dress home.
Volunteers will be giving away dresses next week at the 72 Townsend Street location in San Francisco. The main entrance for giveaways is around the corner on Colin P. Kelly Street at Townsend, according to the Princess Project website. See the schedule below.
