For the first time, non-stop flights to China will soon be taking off from San Jose’s airport.
Hainan Airlines announced Tuesday afternoon it will be making non-stop flights to Beijing from Mineta San José International Airport.
The airline plans to operate flights five days a week from SJC to Beijing.
The service is scheduled to begin June 15.
