Oliver Stone Set to Spin Conspiracy Theories in SF

    The king of conspiracy theories is set to be honored by San Francisco.

    Director Oliver Stone will be honored by the San Francisco Film Society during the 54th San Francisco International Film Festival.

    The festival will run from April 21 to May 5 and include an onstage conversation with Stone at the Sundance Kabuki Cinemas on April 27 at 7 p.m.

    The evening will also feature a series of collected shorts from Stone's career. The award will be given to Stone at a separate event at Bimbo’s 365 Club on April 28.

    Tickets for the April 27 event is $25 for non film society members and $20 for members. They are available on the society's website.
