A person died Sunday morning in a collision between a pedestrian and a big-rig in Palo Alto, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The first report of the collision on the on-ramp from Embarcadero
Road to southbound U.S. Highway 101 came in at 3:44 a.m., according to the CHP communications center.
