Police have given an all clear at San Jose State University after reports of a gunman on campus were unfounded, officials said.
SJSU spokesperson Pat Harris said campus police late Wednesday received an anonymous tip of an armed man inside Duncan Hall. Police investigated the report and searched the building and surrounding areas.
The campus was not ordered to shelter in place during the investigation, Harris said.
