Police: San Jose RV Death Not Suspicious

A man in his 70s who was found Monday morning dead in an RV in downtown San Jose was not the victim of homicide, police said Wednesday.

San Jose Police Officer Albert Morales said the coroner's office said foul play was not suspected in the man's death.

His body was found about 3:40 a.m. on Fourth Street at Julian Street inside a camper in a case that police had first deemed possibly "suspicious."

Morales said he did not know exactly how the man died, and the man's identity had not yet been released.
