Union City "Flasher": Police Seek More Victims

Police in Union City Are looking for more possible victims after they arrested a suspected "flasher."

Authorities say 27-year old Zenaido Gonzalez exposed himself to a 14-year-old girl outside Niles Liquors on Alvarado Niles Road, near Decoto Road, Tuesday afternoon.

Police arrested Gonzalez at his home about a mile away after he confessed.

Gonzalez also admitted to exposing himself to at least eight other people in the area.

Gonzalez was out on bail Thursday morning.
