Police: Serial Santa Rosa Tagger “KOUCH” Arrested

Santa Rosa police have arrested a graffiti tagger nicknamed "KOUCH" who they say committed 170 acts of vandalism over the past 18 months, costing the city more than $6,000 in public and private property.

On Tuesday, police arrested 21-year-old Giovanni Deshea Small after search warrants were issued in both Rincon Valley and southwest Santa Rosa, according to the Santa Rosa Press Democrat.

He was booked into the Sonoma County Jail on the charge of felony vandalism.
