Range Rover Introduces a Smaller, Greener SUV

Range Rover's are known for being big, luxurious and not so fuel efficient. The company is trying to change that with its new Evoque, which will hit the Bay Area and the American market in October. Tuesday it was in San Jose to meet with interested consumers.
