Rash of Indecent Exposure Reports on Peninsula

Peninsula investigators are investigating what appears to be a rash of indecent exposure reports involving two suspects and at least four attacks.

In all of the cases, people said men exposed themselves in the city of Palo Alto. 

One man is under arrest and police have two sketches of another man they are looking for in connection to the reports.
 
Palo Alto police arrested Reducindo Sandoval, 47, on suspicion of exposing his genitals to a victim on Saturday.  Someone reported the 6:30 p.m. at Bol Park. When officers responded, they found Sandoval. He was positively identified and booked at the San  Jose main jail.

Last Tuesday, Sept. 21, someone exposed his genitals to a victim at about 7:35 a.m. in the 200 block of  Stanford Avenue.

Two days later, Sept 23, a suspect exposed himself around 8:15 a.m. near Birch Street and Oxford Avenue. That is about two blocks from  Tuesday's incident.

Then at about 9:15 a.m. Monday, Sept. 27, a fourth incident was reported on a  footpath near Terman Middle School.

The suspect police are still looking for is described as a Hispanic man in his 20s, with normal height and build. He has dark hair and was clean-shaven.
