Just a few weeks after the last car rolled through Redwood City's Malibu Grand Prix, vandals are the primary visitors.
Graffiti now mars the site, but the new owners of the 20-acre property say they want to turn it into an office park called Harbor View Place, with three eight-story buildings.
That's going to require some rezoning and some changes to the city's master plan. Groundbreaking is still more than a year away, the Mercury News reports.
