SF Becomes Gotham, And 5-Year Old With Leukemia Becomes Batman

And you, too, can witness Batkid defend SF from the Puzzler and Mr. P.

To make Miles' wish come true, all San Francisco needs to do is be in distress.

For on Nov. 15, the five-year old with leukemia will become Batman.

On that day, Miles will receive a call from the police chief himself, who will ask if the one and only "Batkid" can help save San Francisco, according to the Make A Wish Foundation, which is organizing the day in the sun for Miles.

Miles will have quite the whirlwind three-and-a-half hours around San Francisco -- from rescuing a "damsel in distress" from the Hyde Street cable car line at 10:30 a.m., to rescuing Giants mascot Lou Seal at AT&T Park, to receiving a key to the city from Mayor Ed Lee at 2 p.m., according to SFist.

For a full schedule of Miles' stops along the way -- so that you may participate in the fulfillment of this child's wishes -- visit the Make a Wish Foundation Web site here.

Being super was never so easy.
