San Francisco Road Rage Suspect Arrested

A 25-year-old man is accused of fatally shooting a pedestrian who yelled at the suspect after he drove past without yielding.

A motorist who allegedly shot a pedestrian following a road rage incident has been apprehended.

San Francisco police say they've arrested Easy Chang, 25, who they suspect was involved in an Aug. 31 road rage incident at Golden Gate Avenue and Broderick Street.

Chang was driving past a pedestrian without yielding when the pedestrian yelled. Chang then "drove a short distance and shot the pedestrian," according to police.

Chang was arrested Oct. 14 following an investigation and was booked into County Jail on counts of attempted homicide, aggravated assault, possession of an unregistered firearm and discharging a firearm into a vehicle.
