SJ Cop Out on Bail

A San Jose police officer was arrested in Gilroy Wednesday on  suspicion of having unlawful sexual contact with two underage teens, Gilroy  police said.

Patrick D'Arrigo, 44, of Gilroy, was taken into custody by Gilroy  police on a $100,000 arrest warrant.

He was booked into the Santa Clara County Main Jail.

D'Arrigo reportedly posted bail overnight is back home Thursday morning.

The alleged victims are 15 and 17 years old, Gilroy police said.

Investigators believe there may be additional victims, and are  asking anyone with information on the case to call the Gilroy Police  Department at (408) 846-0350.
