1 Shot in SJ Gang Fight

Police say victim was uncooperative.

A victim was shot and injured on Wednesday in what police believe was a gang fight in San Jose, police said.

Police responded to reports of gunshots near the corner of South King Road and Havana Avenue at 4:10 p.m.

A gunshot victim believed to be injured in the shooting arrived at a hospital later.

Police said the victim was uncooperative with investigators, but police suspect that the shooting was a result of a gang fight.

The victim's injuries were not life-threatening. No one was arrested.
