SJSU Police Search For Suspect in Sexual Battery

This latest report comes on the heels of two others: On Nov. 30 at Duncan Hall and Monday at the Student Union.

San Jose State University police are investigating a sexual battery that occurred on campus Wednesday afternoon, according to a university police alert, the latest report in the last eight days.

At about 1:10 p.m., a male suspect sexually battered a female on the second floor landing of the northeast stairwell at Duncan Hall, university police said. The suspect was last seen running up the stairs after the assault. He is described as a man in his 20s with black spikey hair, wearing a dark gray hooded sweatshirt, dark pants and a navy blue backpack, police said.
