A pair of Sacramento boys are in Santa Clara County lockup following their botched robbery of a San Jose medical cannabis dispensary, according to police.
The teens, both 17 and unidentified, allegedly robbed a dispensary near Interstate 680 on Monday, according to the Associated Press. It was not known if the dispensary was open at the time.
Following the heist, the boys took off in a white van, according to reports. Cops gave chase, and the boys gave up after a five-mile pursuit.
A third suspect managed to evade police on foot. He has not been found, "despite a lengthy search," according to reports.
The teens were booked into Santa Clara County juvenile hall on suspicion of armed robbery. Their names were not released due to their age.
