The San Francisco Ferry Building was briefly evacuated Saturday afternoon at around 3:15 p.m.
Officials asked all riders to gather their belongings and exit in an orderly fashion. People hung around outside waiting for permission to re-enter. As of 3:30 p.m, they were allowed to head back in.
There was no reason for the evacuation, according to business operaters nearby.
