San Francisco General Hospital Asking Public For Help in Identifying Elderly Patient

Update: The man has been identified. The hospital is no longer asking for help.

San Francisco General Hospital is asking the public for help in identifying an elderly man admitted to the hospital on Wednesday who has not been able to tell hospital staff his name.

The man, who appears to be a Latino in his 80s, was admitted to the Emergency Department yesterday at 5:30 p.m. with a medical condition and no identification.

He has gray, wavy hair and brown eyes. He is nearly 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs around 117 pounds. He has no tattoos or distinguishing scars, uses a walker and speaks only Spanish.
