San Francisco's Glide Church Holds Nelson Mandela Tribute

A San Francisco church held a tribute to Nelson Mandela Sunday.

Glide Memorial celebrated the legacy and courage of the former South African president.

Rev. Cecil Williams said although people are mourning the death of Mandela, they should also remember him for the incredible example he set.

"I feel inspired. I feel upbeat," Williams said. "I feel like the spirit is touching me in the ways I hope the spirit would touch me at all times to accept people to make sure that I don't do harm to people, but to bring love and to bring justice to the lives of humanity.”

Today was also an official day of prayer and reflection in South Africa for Mandela.
