A massive mansion in San Francisco’s ritzy Pacific Heights neighborhood is now the most expensive home for sale in the city at $28.5 million.

The Italian-style villa, located on Scott Street, was built in 1904 and has since been fully renovated with "exquisite architectural detailing," according to its listing by Decker Bullock Sotheby's International Realty.

Described as a "magnificent” 14,000-square foot mansion, the home has panoramic views of the Golden Gate Bridge, Palace of Fine Arts, Alcatraz and Angel Island.

The seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom home features marble fireplaces, a
"Tiffany" glass skylight and an elevator to all floors in the home, including the roof deck.

According to Zillow, assuming a 20 percent down payment ($5.7 million) and a 3.7 percent interest rate, it’s possible to own the massive mansion for $117,679 per month.
