A suspected car thief in San Jose is facing several charges this morning after trying to run from police.
San Jose police said officers spotted a car, that was reported stolen in Daly City, near Spartan Stadium.
The driver refused to stop and instead allegedly rammed into a police cruiser and another car.
Police arrested the suspect who now faces charges of assault with deadly weapon, hit and run, and car theft.
