Police say the shooting victim is being uncooperative.

San Jose Police Investigate Shooting

San Jose police raced to the scene of a shooting Thursday morning, describing the victim of the shooting as very uncooperative.

The man who was shot is expected to live and was taken to a hospital. The suspect or suspects are still at large.

Sgt. Jason Dwyer said a 911 call came in about 10:30 a m. regarding a shooting near Sunset and Lausett avenues.  

Police don't have a motive for the shooting.
