San Jose Police Search for Kidnapped Siblings

San Jose police are asking for the public to help them track down two young children believed to be kidnapped by their biological parents.

Police say Francisco and Estella Arias took the children Tuesday morning around 9:30 a.m.

The parents are not the legal guardians and police say they have reason to believe the children are in danger.

The family is thought to be driving to Mexico in a red Ford Expedition, license plate 5FDA933.

One child is 9-years-old.  His name is Francisco as well.  He is three feet tall with black hair and brown eyes.  His picture is at the top of this article. Francisco Jr.'s little sister was also taken.  Her name is Ashley and she is just three months old.

Their father is 42.  He is 5 feet 6 inches tall and  weighs about 200 pounds. He has black hair and dark eyes, and sometimes goes  by the name Antonio Arellano, police said. He has "Francisco" tattooed on his  stomach.

Their mother is 38.  She is 5 feet 2 inches tall  and 130 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. She is known to sometimes  use the name Estella Zamora, and has a tattoo of a flower on her left leg,  police said.

If you see the SUV or the family call San Jose police or 911.
