SJPD, Sheriff Seek Burglary Suspects

Police have made a second arrest in an altercation between a jogger and a driver.

San Jose police raced to help Santa Clara County sheriff's deputies find  three burglary suspects on Friday afternoon.

Police Sgt. Jason Dwyer said the burglars were in an unincorporated part of the county, when person whose home was burglarized chased after the burglars for a while in a car.

Dwyer said at some point the victim's car window was shot out with what officers believe was a BB gun. No one was injured, and both agencies were actively looking for the suspects.

Sheriff's Sgt. Jose Cardoza said the suspects wore dark clothing, but he had no other immediate details.
