New Harker Preschool features a 7-acre campus, high quality teaching materials and a tailored experience at a cost for $22,000 a year per student. Marianne Favro reports.

A San Jose preschool is offering a spacious 7-acre campus, high quality teaching materials and a tailored learning experience for your child.

The cost for enrollment? $22,000 per year.

School officials say the tuition for tots gives them small-class sizes, where the ratio is two instructors for every 12 kids and well educated teachers -- most have masters degrees.

Kids will also benefit from specialists including educators teaching science, technology, engineering, math and art, campus officials said.

Learn more about the preschool in Marianne Favro's video report above.
