The Dodge struck a 2003 Honda Civic being driven by the victim, according to the CHP.

The victim died at the scene.

The driver of the Dodge was extricated from her vehicle and taken to Stanford University Hospital with major injuries.

It had not been determined if drugs or alcohol were factors in the crash.
