The San Mateo-Hayward Bridge re-opened early Monday morning, after closing for the second time this month as Caltrans crews resurfaced and treated the deck structure, as well as performed maintenance repairs.
Caltrans reopened both directions of the bridge just before 5 a.m.
Caltrans crews had also closed the bridge from May 8 to 11 for treatment and repairs.
