A tip about "suspicious Internet activity" has led to the discovery of "thousands" of images of child pornography on the computers of a Santa Cruz man.
Christopher Schuette, 30, was arrested Monday at his house in the 500 block of Carbonera Drive in the beach town, according to the Santa Cruz Sentinel.
In his home, investigators found "thousands of digital images depicting toddler-aged children engaged in sexual activity," the newspaper reported.
Schuette, unemployed at the time of his arrest, may have been selling the images, according to police.
He's in jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
