A head-on collision on Sharp Park Road in Pacifica injured seven people this evening, according to the North County Fire Authority.
The crash was reported around 7 p.m. at College Drive, fire department spokesman Matt Lucett said.
Several people had to be extricated from their vehicles, and seven victims were transported to San Francisco General Hospital for evaluation and treatment, Lucett said.
Fire officials were on the scene for around an hour. The Pacifica Police Department is investigating.
