Buses Crash in Richmond, Injuries Reported




    All lanes were cleared Thursday morning in Richmond after at least two buses crashed into each other along the busy Interstate Highway 80.

    Lanes were cleared just after 7 a.m. canceling a Sig-Alert.

    The first three lanes were closed at the Appian Way onramp at 6:09 a.m. when a "full size bus" hit another bus in the car pool lane.

    A lifeflight helicopter landed at the nearby Hilltop Mall after injuries were reported. The fire department reported that at least one party was "pinned in" to a vehicle.

    The  nature and number of injuries weren't immediately known.
