Small Quake Felt Near San Pablo

There was a small earthquake in the East Bay Thursday morning.

The USGS says early tests show it was a 3.3. near San Pablo.  It hit at 9:35 a.m.

We have heard from a few poeple who said they felt it, but noone is reporting any damage.

One BART rider called to say that trains stopped following the quake for a standard check of the tracks.
