Luke Council, a car salesman in Santa Clara, could end up selling a truck to "Tonight Show" host Jimmy Fallon.

A South Bay car salesman is about to enter a bizarre contest that could end with him selling Jimmy Fallon a pick-up truck.

Luke Council of Frontier Ford in Santa Clara and nine other top Ford car salespeople are flying to New York to be introduced on the "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon."

Then, they will be taken to the U.S.S. Intrepid on the Hudson River for an unusual competition--who can touch a Ford F-150 pickup truck the longest?

Council said he has no idea how things will go.

"I'm just going to be like this--standing," he said. "I can't lean on the truck. I can't sit down. I have to just stand there like this with my hand on the truck--for however long....It just depends on how long everyone else goes."

Fallon said he will fly to the winner's dealership and buy a truck.
