The students who were pepper sprayed by a UC Davis cop, during a peaceful protest, are still mad about that whole incident.
According to SF Weekly, those students and UC Davis alumni filed a lawsuit against the school yesterday. The suit claims the university violated the constitutional rights of the protesters.
They are seeking a policy change at the University along with other unspecified damages.
The incident happened during an Occupy protest when Lt. John Pike went over the top, spraying peaceful protesters with pepper spray. After it quickly became an internet meme, Pike was placed on administrative leave.
