The 16-year-old was arrested Tuesday for allegedly attacking Michael Mora after he asked a group of teenagers to move their cars.

Police believed the teenager pushed Michael Mora down a hill.

Mora’s wife says dozens of teens were at a nearby house party and several cars were blocking their street and driveway.

Mora – who suffered broken bones, a bloody face and a brain injury – had emergency brain surgery and is still in the hospital.
