It's her party, but she'll get sliced with a box-cutter -- because someone else wanted to.
A 15-year old Aptos girl suffered injuries from a box-cutter when another teen attacked her with the weapon on Saturday morning, according to Santa Cruz County Sheriff's deputies.
The 15-year old was at her birthday party near Seacliff State Beach when she and a companion began to walk home at around 2 a.m., the Santa Cruz Sentinel reported. That was when she was confronted with a 17-year old girl and an 18-year old woman who knew her, the newspaper reported.
The 15-year old received a stab wound in the stomach that required an ambulance ride and a later hospital visit, the newspaper reported. Sheriffs arrived and arrested the 18-year-old, Baily Agnello of Aptos, on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, giving a false name to police and misdemeanor vandalism. The 17-year old was taken to Juvenile Hall on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, the newspaper reported.
How's that for a birthday to forget.
