Police in Benicia are on a serious hunt for a load of wine.

More than 1,000 cases of wine worth an estimated $50,000 is missing -- along with the vehicle used to transport them.

The semi trailer full of the wine was reported stolen Monday from a Benicia trucking company at about 9:15 a.m. Just two hours earlier, a tractor truck was reported stolen from the same area.

Police figured the same thief who took the big rig also took the load of wine to go along with it.
