Transient Allegedly Runs Over, Kills Vallejo Man Who Stabbed Him: Police

Authorities say a stabbing victim in suburban San Francisco ran over his attacker with a truck and killed him.

The San Francisco Chronicle reports Tuesday that 30-year-old Kyle Adam Lombardi, a transient who frequents Vallejo, was booked Monday on suspicion of murder in the slaying of 29-year-old Robert Nolon-Corominas of Vallejo.

Vallejo police Capt. John Whitney says the two men got into an argument Saturday night.

Whitney says witnesses reported that Nolon-Corominas then stabbed Lombardi with a knife and walked away.

Police say Lombardi got into a U-Haul pickup truck and drove after Nolon-Corominas. Police say when he found him, he ran him over and pinned him underneath the rig.

Paramedics took Nolon-Corominas to a hospital, where he died.
