Trio Booked into Jail Following Walmart Robbery

Police arrested three people early Tuesday morning after responding to an alleged robbery at a Suisun City Walmart.

Around 3 a.m., officers received a report of two men stealing items from a Wal-Mart store located at 350 Walters Road, police said.

Upon arrival, officers were able to detain 18-year-old Ian O'Connor of Vacaville and 40-year-old Tito Manuel of Vallejo. Officers found the pair in possession of items taken from the store, according to police.

Officers learned Manuel was on active probation and searched his vehicle.

An occupant inside the vehicle was identified as a 22-year-old Alicia Cunningham of Fairfield. Officers learned she had two warrants for her arrest, one out of Concord on suspicion of theft and another out of Richmond on suspicion of false impersonation, police said.

Officers also found Cunningham to be in possession of pages containing personal information, which included credit card and social security numbers of people throughout the country.

Police are currently investigating the personal information seized and attempting to contact more than 50 possible victims, according to police.

Officers arrested Cunningham for the warrants.

Manuel and O'Connor were both arrested on suspicion of theft, conspiracy and burglary. Manuel was also arrested on suspicion of violation of probation, police said.

The trio was booked into the Solano County Jail, according to police.
